Smoked ham and cheese frittata (Hungarian stlye)

For the Frittata you need a heat-resistant pan, because the preparation starts with the stove, but ends in the oven. So you need:

-8 eggs
-2 slices of smoked ham - should be a good meat and also less fat on it
-8 pinch of salt
-Pepper
-a little bit of oil
-1 small onion
-1 cup of cherry tomatoes (small kind of tomatoes)
-Half cup of chopped spinach leaves
-1/4 cup of milk
-1/4 cup of light mozzarella

Beat up the eggs with the salt, pepper and milk. Start to fry the chopped onion and ham in a minimum of oil in the heat-resistant bowl, by the way cut down the fat from the meat. If the ham does not have that much fat you can leave the fat on it, and when you will cook you can use the ham's fat (for oil). After you glazed onions and the ham is ready add the whole cherry tomatoes and the chopped spinach, spin through, leave that for a half minute. If you don't have a resistant dish containing the ingredients, then in this step pour the ingredients into a heatproof bowl, after that you can mix the eggs, sprinkle the top with cheese and bake at  800 degrees in preheated oven for approx. In 10 minutes or until it changes to colour golden brown.

The Pig War

Another British/American war,Tthe Pig War was started  when a British infantryman shot a pig that was wandering on American soil. The local American militia responded by gathering at the border and waiting for the British to make a move. Eventually the British apologized and the brief war ended, leaving the pig as the only casualty.  This happened from June 1859 to October 1859 so this took for only 4 months. One pig was the only one casualty.

(What I usually use id a 2,5 dl sized cup for the measurement. The ingredients were kneaded by hand.If you feel very sticky, just because of the butter, then refrigerate to rest for half an hour if it doesn't harden together, then add more margarine. On the floured board stranded thinly. Rip it to circle, heart or into any shape, or you can do like make little dumplings and then press those down, and you can get flat dumplings. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes with baking paper-lined baking sheet. When you take out from the oven wait for it to cool,so it can be crisp.

16 Questions Asian people are sick of answering

#1 "Let me guess: Are you Chinese?"

If I say, "Yes," You are going to say you could totally tell.
If I say, "No, I'm ___" You are going to say that was your second guess.

#2 "What ARE you?"

Are you asking me where I'm from?
"Yeah, where are you from?"
Texas.
"Nooo, like, where are you really from?"
Texas.
"Nooooo, like, where are your parents from?"

#3 "But what kind of Asian are you?"

A very jovial kind.

#4 "Can you tell the difference between the different types of Asians?"

Science says cheekbones height determines the spectrum of Asian.
"Really?"
No.

#5 "I heard they eat dogs. Do they really eat dogs over there?"

Why does it feel likeI'm personally being judged for a cultural vice practiced by a tiny piece of the population.

#6 "...have you ever eaten dog?"

Literally all the time. My mom's dish you tried last night?
Woof.

#7 "Are you related to [anyone with the last name Lee, Kim, Chen, Nguyen]?"

Yup, the 1.2 million Kimsin South Korea comprise one big family.

#8 "This:"

Believe it or not, some of us have both academic and social skills. Groundbreaking, I know.

#9 "Are your parents strict?"

Only about racially ignorant presumptions of other house holds.

#10 "Like, do you have to marry someone from your own culture?"

Only if Confucius says so.

#11 "Do you get in trouble if you don't get straight A's?"

I'm only reprimanded if I ask a dumb question.

#12 "Specifically to females: Are you attracted to Asian guys?"

I'm attracted to anyone who is... attractive?

#13 "What's your REAL Asian name?"

I will tell you if you promise not to attempt to pronounce it.

#14 "Omg you speak fluently? How do you say ____ in Korean/Chinese/Japanese/etc.?"

你他妈的.
엿먹어.
くたばれ.

#15 "How are you guys all so skinny?"

Because Calories shoot right to our brains, which is how we are so smart!"

#16 "WAIT - can you understand the other Asian languages?"

12 Things you should never say to teachers

#1 "We've all been to elementary school, so aren't we all kind of experts on it?"

Umm, no. You've been sick before, does that make you a doctor?

#2 "When i retire, I still want to do something, so I think I might take up teaching."

Teaching is not a hobby, like gardening or sailing. Teaching will likely make your old job feel
like a vacation.

#3 "Have you ever thought about making your class more fun?"

No, I do my best to make it as boring as I can.

#4 "If you really cared about kids, you wouldn't worry about the salary."

I love my students. I love teaching. I also love being able to support my family and feed my kids."

#5 "If you managed your time at school, I bet you wouldn't need to plan
lessons and grade on this weekends."

Okay, I'm a little bit busy at school. I teach and work with students almost every moment of the day.
Spending 20 hours a week outside of school on prep and grading every week
is normal for me.

#6 "You'll never be a truly great teacher until you have your own kids."

Actually, yes I will. The relationship between teacher and student is quite different
from that of parent and child.

#7 "Why do you make them read so much and write so many essays? Why do you give
such hard grades?"

Because it's my job. Because my students are here to learn. Because they
will need these skills to survive in the world. How many reasons do you need?

#8 "I pay taxes in this district, so technically you work for me."

Sorry, we are not your minions. That's not how it works. Taxes support public goods
and services - such as the fire department, police, parks, and yes, public schools - for the
community as a whole. And by the way, teachers pay taxes too.

#9 "Ohh, you teach kindergarten, that must be fun. Playing and singing all day."

Yes, my life is just a Disney Movie. I sing and the little children and the little animals
of the forest come running. Actually, in kindergarten, we teach our students the
foundatonal literacy and math skills - as well as the social and emotional skills - that
set kids up for success in every grade to follow.

#10 "Why are you so strict? They're just kids."

We make plenty of time for laughter and fun in my classroom. Rules and routine are not only necessary, they help children to feel safe, secure and valued in the classroom community.

#11 "How hard can it be? You have all summer off."

A longer summer break is one of the benefits of choosing teaching as a career. But keep in mind, It's not all summer, I spend weeks every July and August on professional development and curriculum planning. And during the school year, I work 12 hours a day all week long and at least one day every weekend. Add it up and our vacation days are about the same.

#12 "Teaching is nice, but don't you want to be more successful and make more money?"

I teach because i want to make a  difference. I teach because what I do every day matters for kids. That what success looks like.

Funny story (not really funny)

1.Elephant:
The class teacher asks students to name an animal that begins with "E". One boy says "Elephant!".
Then the teacher asks for an animal that begins with "T". The same boy says, "Um..Two elephants!".
The teacher sends the boy out of the class for  bad behavior. After she asks for an animal beginning with "M". The boy shouts from the other side of the wall: "Maybe an elephant!!!"

Sugar!Shop

In Budapest a few years ago the famous Sugar!Shop opened its door, this bakery with the most fascinating and creative cakes, cupcakes, muffins and many many wonderful desserts make the guests excite. The person who thought about this amazing idea is a designer, her name is Eszter Horváth from Hungary.

The confectioner's interior is as colorful and playful, like the supply itself. Under the glass-topped tables accumulate with colorful pills. Even in the toilet the wash-stand full of resin is plastered with real colorful candies.
