Dietary coconut chocolate biscuit (Hungarian style)

For 35 medium sized biscuits you need:

-1/2 cup carbohydrate -reduced flour
-1/4 cup grated coconut
-2 tablespoon light margarine
-1 egg yolk
-1/2 cup natural powder sweetener
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 pinch of salt

Mix the egg, the margarin and the sweetener together with the mixer, and then suddenly add the baking powder, salt, the cocoa powder, the grated coconut and the carbohydrate flour. (What I usually use id a 2,5 dl sized cup for the measurement. The ingredients were kneaded by hand.If you feel very sticky, just because of the butter, then refrigerate to rest for half an hour if it doesn't harden together, then add more margarine. On the floured board stranded thinly. Rip it to circle, heart or into any shape, or you can do like make little dumplings and then press those down, and you can get flat dumplings. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes with baking paper-lined baking sheet. When you take out from the oven wait for it to cool,so it can be crisp.
