To make dobosh cake you need:
Cake:
-12dkg powder sugar
-12dkg flour
-6 eggs
-3dkg butter
-(baking paper)
Cream:
-20dkg butter
-15dkg powder sugar
-10dkg dark chocolate
-6 eggs
-1 vanilla stick
Glaze:
-15dkg granulated sugar
-1 teaspoon butter
-a few drops of lemon juice
At first for the dough mix the powder sugar and the butter together in a bowl, wait for it changes to cream. Add the egg yolks, sieve the flour and gently spin into the hard foam whites. Cut the baking paper into 6 pieces with 26cm diameter pucks. Put them on the baking tray and distributed nicely, after that smooth proportionally each piece of glaze. Bake it, then get a 24cm diameter cake pan and cut them and let them cool.

Grate the chocolate, and mix the powder sugar and the butter together and wait for it changes to cream (again). Stir constantly in a hot water when you finished let cool. Whip the butter and the vanilla scraped's seeds, and then pour in the chocolate mass. Anoint the first plate of dough with the chocolate mass and put the next plate of dough on the chocolate mass, do this same technic again while run out the dough, but you will need one plate of dough later, so don't use one. The rest of the cream cloth onto the sides of the cake. Put in the frigde for 3 hours, and after 3 hours you can eat it.
