Quick kefir cake

For 6 people we need:

Cake:
-3.5 dl kefir
-4 eggs
-400 g flour
-200 g sugar
-2 dl olive oil
-1 packet of  baking powder
-100 g raspberries

Raspberry sauce:
-200 g raspberries
-half of a lemon  (lemon juice)
-30 g sugar

We put all the cake ingredients in one bowl and mix it together with a mixer. As long as we do the dough, heated the oven. We need a baking pan, in the pan we should put butter and flour inside, after that smoothing and shaping the dough into a circular shape. Put fruits on the top of the cake, press down the raspberries so it will not fall off from the cake during cooking. Do "convection bake" at 800 degrees for 30-35 mins and wait until it turns to golden brown color. For the sauce boil the sugar, raspberries and lemon juice together, get a sieve to take out the seeds from the sauce. When the cake is ready, than pour the raspberry sauce on the cake. It is very easy to make this dessert.

  1. Do I have to use rasberries for the sauce. Is there some other sauce that could possibly be used for this.

  2. You can use any fruits for sauce, strawberry is good too. :D
